Terms of Service for Lapper

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Lapper ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the Service
Lapper is a mobile application designed to help users track lap times in sports like karting, running, and cycling. Features include:
GPS-based lap tracking;
Audio feedback (lap times, improvements, etc.);
A "virtual coach" providing real-time hints and updates;
Real-time audio communication with a real coach via WebRTC (available through subscription).
3. User Accounts
You may create an account using:
Apple ID or Google account (name and email may be collected if you provide them).
We do not store or collect any other personal data.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The coach communication feature requires a paid annual subscription, processed via:
Apple App Store;
Google Play Store.
Subscriptions are managed via RevenueCat.
5. User Obligations
By using the App, you agree to:
Use it only for lawful purposes;
Not misuse the service (e.g., reverse engineering, exploiting, or interfering with the App).
6. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, and software are the property of Lapper or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lapper is not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages;
Any losses arising from your use of the App (e.g., personal injury while performing sports).
GPS tracking and real-time feedback are provided as-is and may not always be 100% accurate.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy:
The App does not use profiling or third-party cookies;
No personal data is stored except your name and email (if you provide them via social login).

9. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.
10. Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notifications or email (if available).
